Verizon customers in certain counties in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia will receive unlimited data, texts, and calls from Monday, September 2nd to Monday, September 9th.
The South Carolina counties include:
- Beaufort
- Berkeley
- Charleston
- Colleton
- Dorchester
- Georgetown
- Horry
- Jasper
Stores may be closed or have reduced hours, but customers can reach the Verizon Response Team 24/7 to coordinate with first responders.
Verizon customers can also help the American Red Cross or World Central Kitchen in the efforts to provide disaster relief. Text the word DORIAN to 90999 to donate to the American Red Cross, or FOOD to 80100 to donate to World Central Kitchen. If you decide to text and donate, $10 will be added to your next Verizon wireless bill after confirming your billing zip code.
