CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -
It's been a little over a week since Palmetto Roses have started being sold at RiverDogs Games.
Organizers of the program, as well as the kids who make the roses, say they are happy for the opportunity given to them.
The selling of the roses is regulated in popular tourist spots, like the city market.
Earlier this summer, a teen was arrested for illegally selling the roses, and resisting arrest.
