Nickelodeon Exec. Donates $250k to African American Museum

CHARLESTON, S.C. — The Vice President of Public Affairs, and Chief of Staff for the Nickelodeon Group has made a major donation to the International African American museum. 

Marva Smalls is a native South Carolinian and also a Viacom executive.

According to a press release, Smalls is a leader in the media world and has served on the IAAM board of directors since 2016.

She has donated $250,000 to the project.

This follows a February 23 pledge to donate $600,000 from Bank of America
