Lowcountry beaches will be packed for Memorial Day Weekend, but a family’s fun in the sun could turn to panic, or even heartbreak in the blink of an eye.

But Sullivan’s Island’s fire and police departments have the use of a second set of eyes, if a child should end up missing on the beach.
